    MCL provides GSA customers with free technical assistance for the installation and registration of our software products. All other support issues are governed through software maintenance (SIN 132-34). Customers with maintenance contract are provide telephonic support on all government working days between 9 AM and 6 PM EST. Please see the Terms for 132-34 for further details.

    Please note: In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the MCL GSA Award, use of MCL software is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the manufacturer’s software license agreement that are passed through by MCL to all purchasers. In accordance with FAR 12.212, the terms of the manufacturer’s license agreement shall control to the extent consistent with Federal law.
